Consultations

Two types of consultations are now offered either on-line or IN-PERSON.

They are as follows:

1) General State of Health:

This questionnaire is aimed towards those individuals who are having health challenges and don't know what steps they can take to make changes using alternative method.
2) Health Education:

This questionnaire is aimed towards those individuals who are wanting to take preventative measures towards their health.

You can think of this questionnaire as having your own "health coach".

You will receive suggestions of things you can do to improve your present health and take steps to prevent future health challenges.

  2. paying the consultation fee
  3. filling-in the questionnaire (that you will be immediately re-directed to)
  4. and submitting that information

IN-PERSON - 1st Visit

Price = $75.00 Canadian

This option if available to those who wish to pay by credit card or debit, but
make an appointment and meet in person.

When you click on the PayPal button below and submit payment, you will be redirected to another page where you can print the consultation form that best suits your needs.

Be sure to print both the "Client Info/Release form" and the "Questionnaire" of your choosing.

Note: use this option only if you are located near me, have made arrangements with me and will be travelling here, or we have communicated via email or telephone.

Repeat Visit / Consultation

Price = $50.00 Canadian

This option if available to those who:
  • wish to pay by credit card or debit, but make an appointment and meet in person.
OR
  • on-line clients for further consultations via email
