It's My Health
Healthy for life!
Getting Started
You may be wondering what you should do to get started.
My suggestion is to first find out where you have come from and where you are at now.
The longer you have abused yourself with harmful foods, exposure to toxins, lack of exercise, etc.,
the longer it can take to correct the situation.
If, on the other hand, you have been watching what you have been doing and are aware of some of the
health hazards that are out there, you may just need to fine-tune a few things.
Here are some questions to help you rate where you are at.
For each question that you can answer with "yes" or "sometimes", give yourself 1 point.

Be firm with yourself, not harsh, and realize that you are where you are at because of your
past knowledge and choices. Change can take time - - but as long as you are dedicated to making the
changes you can start with a plan and take it one step at a time. The more determined you are, the
faster you will be able to make the changes required to journey along the path to better health.
Let me be your "health coach" as you journey on that path.
